Version 2026-11-03 | Effective date 2026-11-03 | Service provider: AllBop Development Team | Website: https://allbop.com | Contact: custom@allbop.com

Article 1: Parties and scope

This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.

1. These Terms of Use are a contract between you and the AllBop service provider, AllBop Development Team (“we”). They apply to the AllBop website allbop.com, the AllBop mobile App (Android/iOS, com.allbop.app), and related games, events, big screens, Credits, and payment services (collectively, “the Service”).

2. The Privacy Policy, Payments, Refunds and Disputes policy, Cookies and Ads policy, and Data Deletion policy (collectively, “Related Policies”), as well as our advertising or promotional content for the Service, are part of these Terms of Use and have the same effect. If a Related Policy conflicts with these Terms of Use, the more specific Related Policy governs that matter unless the law provides otherwise.

3. Any ambiguity in these Terms of Use must be interpreted in favor of the consumer.

4. The full Terms of Use are available at allbop.com/terms. You may read, download, or print them at any time before registering, buying Credits, or opening an event, with no limit on the review period. By creating an account, checking the consent box, buying Credits, or opening or joining an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

Article 2: Definitions

1. Host: A user who registers and signs in to an AllBop account to create, set up, and host events.

2. Player: A participant who joins an event through a room code, QR code, or invitation link. Players do not need to register an account; they only need to enter a nickname.

3. Big screen: The event display shown by the Host on a big screen or other device for viewing at the venue.

4. Event: A room created by a Host and one or more games within it.

5. Live event: An event opened by a Host and available for others to join. A test room is an event for the Host to test, with up to 4 participants and no Credit charge.

6. Credit: A digital usage allowance within the Service, used to open live events on a paid plan and to unlock event reports and other features. Credits obtained through payment are called “purchased Credits”.

Article 3: Account registration and management

1. A Host account can be created through email (password or one-time sign-in link), Google, or Apple sign-in. You must provide true and accurate information.

2. Hosts must be at least 18 years old. A minor under 18 may register and use the Service only after their legal representative has read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms of Use. The same applies when these Terms of Use change. Prior consent from the legal representative is also required to buy Credits. For a person under 7, the legal representative must register and buy on their behalf. For purchases made without consent, the legal representative may request a refund under Section 5.4 of the Payments, Refunds and Disputes policy.

3. Your account and password are for your personal use only and may not be lent, transferred, sold, or shared. You may reset your password at any time using an email sign-in link.

4. Our staff, including customer support staff, will not proactively ask for your password.

5. A sign-in session normally lasts no more than 30 days, after which you must sign in again.

Article 4: Unlawful use of an account or password

1. If either party discovers unlawful use of an account or password, they must notify the other immediately so we can investigate. Once confirmed, we may suspend use of the account or password, help you change your password or sign-in method, and immediately restrict the third party from using the Service.

2. When we restrict the third party, we will notify them by email, in-app notice, or another mutually agreed method and ask for an explanation. If the third party does not respond within 7 days after receiving notice, we will restore the improperly transferred or used Credits and records to you. If restoration is impossible, we will provide equivalent compensation in a manner agreed by both parties. We will lift the restriction on the third party after restoration. If the third party disagrees with our handling, you may report the matter to the police and pursue legal action.

3. We will not charge you or the third party during a restriction under this Article.

4. If your report is false and harms our rights or those of a third party, you bear legal responsibility.

Article 5: Service content, plans, and requirements

1. The Service offers real-time multiplayer interactive games, including but not limited to quizzes, Pick a Side, wheels, Bingo, PK, and Color Scout. The games actually offered are shown in the Service.

2. The Service is priced as follows: the free plan is free; paid plans use Credits based on the number of event participants (see Article 6, paragraph 3 for pricing). The main differences between the free plan and paid plans are below. The display when opening a room governs, and each room is fixed to the plan rules in effect when it was created:

3. The participant limit for the Service is subject to system capacity. The number actually available is shown on the room opening screen. We do not guarantee simultaneous support for the maximum number under all network, device, or venue conditions.

4. Minimum requirements: Android 7.0 or later, iOS 16 or later, or a recent browser that supports WebSocket, plus a stable internet connection. No separate security device needs to be purchased for the Service.

5. The Service has no paid prize draws or other chance-to-win products requiring payment to participate. Prize draws held independently by Hosts during events do not require payment and are the responsibility of the Host under Article 9.

6. We may add, adjust, or discontinue some games or features to improve the product. If a change materially reduces rights you have already paid for, we will follow the procedure in Article 15 and handle affected unused Credits under the Payments, Refunds and Disputes policy.

Article 6: Credit

1. Credit is a digital usage allowance within the Service. It is not cash, a deposit, an electronic stored-value card, or a security. It earns no interest and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as otherwise required by law or agreed in these Terms of Use. Credits may not be transferred between accounts, gifted, or traded.

2. Purchased Credits do not expire. Voucher codes are gifts we provide free of charge and are not sold. The redemption period is stated on the voucher code and is no longer than 5 years. Credits obtained by redemption do not expire.

3. How Credits are used:

4. When pricing, plan content, or Credit prices are adjusted, we will announce the change on the website homepage, App sign-in screen, or purchase page 30 days before it takes effect, and notify you at the email address registered to your account. If the adjusted pricing is higher, Credits you bought before the effective date will still be used at the previous rate. Adjustments do not affect settlement of events already opened.

5. By completing payment, you agree that we will provide Credits immediately after payment is completed. Credits are digital content and, once provided, are not subject to the seven-day right to rescind under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Your right to request a refund under the Payments, Refunds and Disputes policy is unaffected.

6. The system credits the same payment only once. We may reclaim Credits issued in excess due to a system error after notifying you.

Article 7: Payment

1. Website payments are processed by the third-party payment service NewebPay (藍新科技股份有限公司); Android App payments are made through Google Play; iOS App payments are made through Apple App Store. Payment methods, Credit items, and prices are posted on the purchase page. Payment terms, currency, taxes, and platform fees are as shown on the checkout screen and payment platform confirmation page.

2. We do not obtain or retain your full credit card number or payment authentication data.

3. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and disputed payments are handled under the Payments, Refunds and Disputes policy.

Article 8: User content and license

1. Rights to questions, text, logos, and images uploaded or created by Hosts, and photos taken or uploaded, nicknames, and answers provided by Players (collectively, “user content”), remain with their original rights holders.

2. You agree to grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to use user content as needed to provide the Service, including storing, converting, compressing, creating thumbnails, displaying it to event participants and on big screens, and generating event reports. The license lasts until the content is deleted under its retention period; where retention is required by law, it lasts until that obligation ends.

3. You must ensure that you have lawful rights to content you upload and that it does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights.

4. Color Scout photos are stored only in temporary server memory, not written to a database or backup, and deleted when the next round starts, the room closes, or within 1 hour after that round’s results are announced. Players may flag photos during an event. A photo is immediately hidden from everyone when the number of Players flagging the photo reaches one-tenth of that round’s participants (at least 1 person), or when the Host removes it.

Article 9: Events, prizes, and Host responsibilities

1. Hosts independently decide event content, eligibility, rules, and prizes, and bear full responsibility for:

2. We provide event tools only. We are not the event organizer, prize giver, or prize provider, and do not guarantee that event results will meet the expectations of Hosts or Players. Standings, prize draws, and game results are generally determined by server records. If you have questions about results, you may provide other information, and we will help verify the results against the records.

3. The Service may not be used for gambling in which money or property is won or lost, or for other unlawful prize draws, lotteries, or gambling activities.

Article 10: Game management rules

We generally respond with the outcome within 7 business days of receipt. Content involving illegality, personal safety, or children is prioritized. Color Scout photos may also be flagged directly during an event (see Article 8, paragraph 4).

2. We may immediately remove or hide content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.

3. When facts sufficiently establish that you violated the game management rules, we will notify you at the email address registered to your account or by in-app message, and announce the action on the website without disclosing your personal data:

4. If a serious circumstance listed in Article 16, paragraph 2 applies, we may terminate the contract under that Article.

We will respond with the outcome within 15 days after receiving the complaint. Email complaints are accepted 24 hours a day. You may also use the same methods to report other users affecting game fairness through plug-ins or other means.

Article 12: Event and electronic records

1. We retain personal game history records for Host accounts for at least 30 days for your review. Records include room opening and closing times, game sessions, unique participant counts, and Credit reservations, settlements, returns, and reclamations. Event questions, answers, and photos are deleted under the retention periods in Article 5 and Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

2. You may request access by emailing custom@allbop.com from the email address registered to your account. After verifying your identity, we will provide the records by email within 7 days, free of charge.

3. We manage the electronic records of the Service, such as account data, Credit and event records, and must maintain their integrity. You have the right to use and control electronic records related to your account, but not to transfer or profit from them outside the Service. Copyright and other rights in user content remain with the original rights holders under Article 8.

Article 13: Service interruptions, maintenance, and compensation

2. We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service due to telecommunications, power, or cloud provider outages; force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks; or legal or competent authority requirements.

3. We will maintain the system so its security meets the level reasonably expected under the prevailing state of technology or professional standards. If the system or electronic records are damaged or malfunction, we will take reasonable steps to restore them as soon as possible. We will not charge you until repairs are complete and normal operation resumes.

4. If you cannot use the Service normally for reasons attributable to us, we will repair it immediately. Credits deducted during the period of unavailability will be returned under the settlement rules or reissued after verification. If they cannot be returned, we will provide other reasonable compensation.

Article 14: Liability

1. We use reasonable care to maintain service quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

2. If we breach our obligations under Article 13, paragraph 3, or a program vulnerability causes you harm, we are liable for compensation based on your actual harm. If we can prove we were not negligent, our liability may be reduced.

3. For harm other than under the preceding paragraph, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the incident, except for:

4. Disputes between Hosts and Players, or between users and third parties, arising from events, prizes, or user content are handled by the parties themselves. We will provide necessary records to help clarify matters to the extent permitted by law. We may decline to assist with disputes arising from your sharing an account or asking another person to pay on your behalf.

5. If a third party makes a claim against us or a competent authority penalizes us because you violated these Terms of Use or infringed a third party’s rights, you must compensate us for the resulting harm.

Article 15: Changes to the Terms of Use and notices
