AllBop Payments, Refunds and Disputes
This policy and the Terms of Use together provide the distance sales information required by Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Act. The version of this policy shown in the Android/iOS App lists only Google Play or App Store prices and payment methods, and does not show website prices or payment channels. Website prices and payment rules are as published at allbop.com/payments-refunds.
Version 2026-11-03 | Effective date 2026-11-03 | Service provider: AllBop Development Team | Website: https://allbop.com | Contact: custom@allbop.com
1. Payment channels
This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
| Where used | Payment service | Who handles refunds |
|---|---|---|
| Website allbop.com | NewebPay (藍新科技股份有限公司), using credit cards and other methods offered by the platform | AllBop Development Team |
| Android App | Google Play billing service | You can request a refund from Google; we can also refund through Google Play |
| iOS App | Apple App Store | Apple; we cannot refund through Apple. When we must issue a refund under the Terms of Use, we refund by bank transfer instead |
The price, currency, tax, and items are as shown before checkout and on the payment platform’s confirmation page. We do not obtain or store your full credit card number or payment verification data.
2. Credit items and prices
Current Credit items on the website are listed below (New Taiwan dollars, including business tax). The Android/iOS App shows only local Google Play or App Store prices, and the prices shown by the store apply:
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| 1 Credit | NT$79 |
| 3 Credits | NT$237 |
| 10 Credits | NT$710 |
| 30 Credits | NT$1,890 |
If prices or pricing methods change, we will announce the change and notify you by email 30 days before it takes effect. If prices increase, Credits you bought before the change are still used under the original pricing (Article 6, paragraph 4 of the Terms of Use).
3. Crediting
Credits are added to your account only after the payment platform confirms a successful transaction, generally immediately after payment. For website payments, only the payment platform’s signed notification or server query result is authoritative. A transaction is credited only once; network retransmissions or duplicate notifications do not result in the transaction being credited twice. If payment succeeds but Credits are not added within 30 minutes, email support with your order number.
4. Nature and use of Credits
1. Credits are digital usage allowances, not cash, deposits, or electronic stored-value cards, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Purchased Credits do not expire.
2. For usage rules (Credits are reserved in advance when a live event opens, settled according to the actual number of participants when the event closes, and the difference is returned; an event in which a game has started is charged at least 1 Credit; using a test room does not consume Credits), see Article 6 of the Terms of Use.
3. Order of Credit use: Credits obtained as compensation, gifts, or through redemption are used first, followed by purchased Credits. Within each category, Credits are used in the order obtained, oldest first.
5. Refunds
5.1 Seven-day right to rescind
Credits are digital content provided without a tangible medium and credited immediately after purchase. Before buying, please read this policy and the Terms of Use. A notice beside the purchase button also states: “Credits are delivered right after payment, so the 7-day right to rescind doesn’t apply.” By completing payment, you agree that we will provide Credits immediately after payment and understand that, once the digital content is provided, the seven-day right to rescind under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply under Article 2, subparagraph 5 of the Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales.
However, within 7 days of purchase, you may still request a full refund under Section 5.2 for Credits that remain completely unused.
For consumers living in other countries who have a right of withdrawal under mandatory local rules, that right is handled according to local law. For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles withdrawals and refunds under local laws.
5.2 Refund rules
| Situation | Treatment |
|---|---|
| Within 7 days of purchase, the Credits from that purchase are completely unused and not reserved by an event | You may request a full refund for that purchase |
| The Credits from that purchase have been partly used | No refund for that purchase |
| Credits are reserved by an ongoing event | You must wait until the event closes and settlement is complete before requesting a refund for the returned portion |
| Duplicate charge, failure to credit, or system error | A full refund or issuance of the missing Credits after verification, without the 7-day limit |
| You delete your account | Under Section 7, remaining Credits expire once deletion is complete; to request a refund, apply under the other rows of this table before requesting deletion |
| You object to a change to the Terms of Use | The contract is deemed terminated; unused purchased Credits are refunded proportionally without deducting necessary costs, without the 7-day limit |
| We terminate the contract under Article 16, paragraph 2 of the Terms of Use | Unused purchased Credits are refunded proportionally after deducting necessary costs, within 30 days |
| We stop operating | Under Article 17 of the Terms of Use, unused purchased Credits are refunded proportionally without deducting necessary costs |
| Credits obtained through voucher codes, gifts, or compensation | No refund |
- “Proportionally” means the number of unused Credits × the actual unit price paid for that purchase (amount actually paid ÷ number of Credits in that purchase).
- “Necessary costs” are limited to fees already charged and not refunded by the payment platform.
- If an account has multiple purchases, refunds for unused Credits are calculated starting with the most recent purchase, according to the order of use in Section 4.
To apply, email custom@allbop.com with your account email address, order number, and reason for the refund. We will respond within 7 business days after receiving your request. Refunds are returned through the original payment channel; the actual time to receive the funds depends on the issuing bank or payment platform. When we must refund an App Store purchase, we will transfer the refund to the financial account you designate.
5.3 In-app purchases
- iOS: Under Apple’s rules, you may request a refund from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). After Apple approves a refund, it will notify us, and we will reclaim the corresponding Credits under Section 6. When we must issue a refund under Section 5.2, we refund by bank transfer.
- Android: You may request a refund from Google under the Google Play refund policy. After Google’s self-service refund period, you may contact support and we will handle it under Section 5.2. After Google refunds or reverses a transaction, we will reclaim the corresponding Credits under Section 6.
5.4 Purchases by minors
Minors under 18 must obtain their legal representative’s consent before buying Credits; for those under 7, the legal representative must make the purchase on their behalf. If a legal representative does not agree to a minor’s purchase, they may email support with documents proving the legal representative relationship. After verification, we will refund the payment for unused Credits. For in-app purchases, a refund may also be requested through Apple’s or Google’s parental refund process.
6. Reclaiming Credits after refunds or disputes
1. When a transaction is refunded, we reclaim the corresponding proportion of Credits (refund amount ÷ payment amount × number of Credits in that purchase, rounded up).
2. Once a transaction enters a chargeback or payment dispute process, we first reclaim all Credits from that transaction. If the dispute is withdrawn or you prevail, we restore the Credits. If Apple reverses a previously approved refund, contact support and we will restore the Credits after verification.
3. If these Credits have already been used, the shortfall is recorded as Credits to be made up. While an account has a Credit shortfall or an ongoing payment dispute, it cannot open new paid events or use Credits to unlock reports. If Credits from that purchase are later returned from event settlement, they will first be used to cover the shortfall. The account balance will not become negative.
4. If payment is made through impersonation or fraud, or refund or chargeback mechanisms are abused, we may act under Article 11 and Article 16, paragraph 2 of the Terms of Use.
7. Account deletion and Credits
When you request account deletion, the system shows your current Credit balance and asks you to explicitly confirm that you give it up. Once account deletion is complete, remaining Credits expire and cannot be restored. The deletion confirmation screen lists refund channels. If you need a refund, handle it before requesting account deletion:
- App Store purchases: request a refund from Apple (https://support.apple.com/118223).
- Google Play purchases: apply under the Google Play refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637).
- Website purchases: email custom@allbop.com; handled under Section 5.2.
8. Dispute resolution
If you have questions about a payment or refund outcome, contact support first; we will respond within 15 days after receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may call the national consumer service hotline at 1950, complain to a local government consumer service center or consumer protection organization, or proceed under Article 18 of the Terms of Use.
